http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3etZI (my build now) . If I wait 5-8 months I can get a r9 280, better mobo, and nice case fans, more storage . You think its worth just waiting and building it at once or buying it now. Games I would like to play in ultra: BF4, PS2, Blacklight retribution, COD,

By more storage, do you mean an HDD? You can just add it in later. But I'd wait if I were you for the Graphics Card upgrade

TKL keyboard with mechanical switches instead.

Z87 board instead of B85

Drop down to a Hyper 212+ to make that happen.

and AMD build would be very attractive with your budget, if you must Intel I would go ahead and wait.

I wanted to try AMD but I was doubting myself because A LOT of people were saying AMD sucks dont even look at it. But if I can make it work I'll do it.

If you're willing to wait 5-8 months, I'm gonna guess that there's going to be plenty of newer stuff on the market, and the R9-280 won't necessarily make sense at that time...

Build your PC whenever you want to, but recognize the fact that as time passes, newer and better hardware will become available.. If you always lived with the idea "when [the next best thing] comes out, then I'll build a PC", you'd never have anything because there will always be better stuff on the horizon..

Get an MSI Mobo i think the MSI Z87-G41 is still 100 bucks it's a good mobo i use it and i like it. also get this monitor it's better. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/acer-monitor-umfg6aaa01

Change the SSD to a SSHD. and get rid of that cooler. If you're doing a build like this go for a single fan cooler. i doubt you're overclocking.
