Help with pc

Hi guys im building a pc and i really need help. is this pc https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/GCP9qp good? i really want to know since im buying the parts today since its the boxing day. If you switch a part please tell me why. I have a budget of around 3000-3400 CAD$ but if you can make it less expensive than 3000$CAD it will be nice

I swapped out the SSD and the case. The SSD went to something cheaper but still really good, and the case went to something with airflow (the 5000x has glass over all the intakes). Also ditch the Windows license and get one off eBay for 1/10th the price. 

 

That said, check eBay for the 3060. You can get brand new ones from scalpers for ~$1000, $300 less than what you'd be paying for that card in particular.

Only thing I'd suggest is to get your windows key from a third party seller. I've used CJS successfully before.

 

Then take some of the savings and grab a cheap 2tb HDD for backups and photos/videos etc where you don't need the speed of the SSD. In the end you'd still save a lit money.
