Total loss

Hey first time post  so I'll try and make this as clean cut as possible. 

 

 Specs:

Cpu:5950×

Gpu:msi rtx 3070 trio

Ram: 64 gigs 3600

Mobo:msi meg ace x570 

Psu: corsair 850x

Bios: version 2021/09/27

 Can provide more details  if needed 

 

Issue: this Is sort of a strange case for me but practically everything in this build is less than or about a year old  " psu" being a carryover, but when this build decides to work it's great  but it's moody as all hell . Lately after an update to the gpu I will get a total black screen and stall  and rebooting to windows just hangs at the msi logo  with no progress but all case lights on if even that the odd thing is the only way to get back in is to delete  the Nvidia drivers . I've tried Ddu: driver Uninstaller.  and that  works....until you go and install seemingly any gpu drivers.   I've literally  brought it to geeksquad at least 7 times and we're back to square one.
