Make sure the mic is plugged directly into your PC and not into a usb hub!

Try using a different USB port if possible and make sure the correct mic is selected

You can do this by:

  1. Search for "Change system sounds" and open the windows
  2. Select recording devices
  3. Make your mic the default device!
