It will be *fine*

however there are many better options- anything with a mesh front will be miles ahead in regards to airflow

That's a high end and hot chip, not something you use if you're building to a budget. I would suggest something more like a 5600x and using the money for a better case. If your interest is gaming, there would be no difference anyway.

Saved ~200$ by just cheaping out on cooler and ram along with a psu upgrade

Basically cheaped out on the cooler and ram as i doubt youll overclock those, though if you wanna have a go at ram oc get some ballistix or cheap b die (pref b die cause tight timings), cpu oc is pointless so just turn on pbo and let it auto oc for you

Upgraded the psu which is somehow cheaper than the 650w you chose

If you are fine with replacing the aio every 3-5 years and paying more for the same performance just for an aesthetic then ok i guess, but dont complain if the damn thing breaks cause unlike aircoolers aios are trash once the pump is dead but since an aircooler is just a hunk of metal itll last forever assuming you swap the fans every decade or 2 when they die

You haven't told us what you plan to do with the machine but if its to play games, there is no (noticeable) difference.

Meh id stick with the 5800x cause gpus have a tendancy to become obselete very quick when even x79 is still holding up pretty well assuming you have a decent oc on it

Id consider the ram, mobo, and cpu as the base of a build and you want those to last as long as possible cause cpus will far outlast gpus obselecense wise, literally every 2 gens gpus get obselete
