It's a library that's part of InnoSetup  .. a tool that makes installers for applications or games.

 

Your problem is actually caused by the decompressor  Unarc.dll  (ARC is an archive format, like 7z or rar) which says the archive data is corrupted.

 

This could be caused by the actual setup files being corrupted. but it could also be caused if you don't have enough free disk space on your C drive during the setup process - depending on how the installer compressed the game files, during decompression it's possible for the installer to generate some big temporary files in your C drive which get deleted later.

Hm, my friends have been installing the games from elamigos for a long time with no errors but i have got those errors a lot of times, and i have about 95 gb free space on C disk
