Cant toggle ram rgb

I use to be able to toggle the rgb on my ram but it disappeared. I know it was in the rgb fusion with where I could do the same with the motherboard and gpu but now its gone. should I take the sticks out and put them back in? or is there safer way

Rgb is often controlled by some rgb software of some sort, so this is software specific I suspect.
