Weird lag

So whenever I play a game, every 5 to 10 minutes i freeze on the spot, but it shows that I am still on 4 ping and I can hear my teammates speaking, shooting and everything surrounding me. I can see everything but I cannot move and its so irritating, my ping and wifi are usually fine apart from this but I do not know what to do
