Pc not booting

My pc was ok after building weeks ago, i added an ssd earlier and now when i turn it on nothing happens no lights no sound.

 

I removed parts one by one until only cpu mb and psu, still no go. When i removed the cpu mb lights turn on psu fans spins.

 

Did i just kill my cpu? Could whatever kill my cpu also kill my video card? Most probably me touching something i shouldnt.

 

Cpu: Ryzen 3700x
Mb: msi x570 gaming edge wifi
Psu: gigabyte ap850gm
Gpu: gigabyte 3080 eagle
