Flash Drive weirdness

Its been a year since I experienced this weirdness. I have a Laptop where I don't have this problem and use different methods to get around but I have enough of it.

Everytime I connect one of my high performance flash drives (HyperX Savage 64GB, HyperX Fury 16GB, HyperX Fury 32GB and SanDisk Extreme Pro 3.2 128GB) my windows explorer opens and closes rapidly and the connect and disconnect sound can be heard.
I recorded it and attached the video.
I've been looking in forums and tested a lot of different things to get rid of this problem but I didn't find anything.

I build in a PCIe USB-Card with sata power because I thought it my be a power-issue but to no avail.

Does anyone know what else I can do?

Help would be much appreciated.
