Kraken Pro mic problems

I got a really light voice when i use the MIC on the headphones. What can be the problem?

Try increasing the gain on your mic in windows settings. They also have gain boost that can increase the volume by another 20db.

Does it pick up your voice at all or are you just quiet?

It does pick up my voice. but its very light.

Well if you did that then it's probably broken. Try to return it.

did buy logitech g230 on friday, same problem. i switched the g230. maybe its the sound card?

It sounds like the input is setup as a line in and not a mic in.

 

you need the preamp of the mic in, unless you have a mixer/dedicated preamp.
