i want to daulboot osx and i already have windows installed so can i do it and how.

One does not simply install OSX.

 

You have to build a specific rig using specific parts, or it wont work.

Doesn't the motherboard have to be compatible?

not sure it nothing fancy a oem mobo

you could but i would recommend getting a separate hard drive to do it, it may make things easier, you do need osx on another computer to download it and put it on a bootable USB drive

dont you need a mac pc for a OSX download? or are there downloads on sites i may not name ?

Yeah, i figured that out after I replied. 

 

And technically you're not allowed to make a hackintosh legally, Mavericks being a Free OS, Legality is the least of anybody's concern.
