AIO Upgrade

I have a question,
I've been looking at this EVGA CLC 240 liquid cooler and I've been wondering if it's worth the upgrade I currently have Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 and the fan goes mad loud when I'm playing something like Cyberpunk.. So yeah, should I upgrade or nah?
 
And I'm currently on Ryzen 7 3800XT

Do you monitor your temperatures? You can adjust your fan curve to try to tame it. Additionally get a quieter fan(s). 
 

if you go AIO, look at EK or Arctic.
