I have bought a 2021 Asus G14 because of the guilt and shame of not having enough computational power to even power through the 2021 folding event. I just have one question how much will it cost in electricity cost I am in Korea. Also also will I be able to pass? I have to use this computer daily.

P.S I have a 5900HS with RTX3060

P.S.S or P.P.S I also have two oced RPI4s

I have an ASUS G14 2021 with Manjaro KDE and I am a professional Linux NoOB and also pretty bad at General Computing.

How much do you pay per watt? As without that info it makes it near impossible to tell you.

Also do you have different rates at different times of the day?

Something like this may help

https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/calculator/btc?HashingPower=40&HashingUnit=TH%2Fs&PowerConsumption=1500&CostPerkWh=0.12&MiningPoolFee=1

It's nothing to be ashamed about. We can understand if you don't have the computational power to participate.

Umm, Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think Hashrate has anything to do with FOlding@Home

BUt yea, we do need the electricity rates

Also, the Event is over

It’s the next one. Always the next step, Dalinar."

If you think I'm wrong, correct me. If I've offended you in some way tell me what it is and how I can correct it. I want to learn, and along the way one can make mistakes; Being wrong helps you learn what's right.

Ahh spelling mistake I meant 2022 folding at home event and the electicity cost is 0.103 usd per kWh and the sources say that the Asus G14 can consume up to 150W
