PC driver timeout while watching videos.

hi i recently built my new pc. I've also downloaded all the drivers too. but every time i used YouTube or other websites to watch something my screen turns off, a few seconds later it comes back on but the browser screen is still black (not showing anything). this happens once every time i turn on my pc.
