Budget (including currency): 8000 PLN

Country: Poland

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Programming and Gaming (mostly Minecraft for now, but I want it to be able to play most games 1440p)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

Monitor is already bought. 165hz 1440p

Looks okay, some money to be cut if you dont care about RGB or specific brands but that's it
