How bad is this error?

My games hard drive has had this error for like a long time but i ignored it for dumb reasons but on crystal disk mark info showing 2 caution warnings

    MSI Z590 A Pro
  • RAM
    4x8 viper steel samsung bdie: 4200-17-17-30
  • GPU
    Gigabyte RTX 3080 Gaming Oc
  • Case
    O11 air mini
  • Storage
    970 Evo Plus 500gb OS, Sn550 1tb, 860 evo 500gb, 2tb MX500
  • PSU
    RM750x (2018)
  • Display(s)
    Acer Nitro vg272up, Kogan 24 1080 120hz
  • Cooling
    arctic 280aio, EK M.2 NVMe Heatsink on 970 evo plus
     
    Second: 
    Cpu: i5-8400
    Cooling: ID-Cooling Frostflow 120x
    Ram: 2x8gb 2666 c16 hyperx fury, tuned the absolute balls out of it but def not stehble.
    Mobo: Asus Prime H310M-K
    Gpu: Igpu
    Case: Coolermaster MB311L

It's slowly dying. I have a Seagate drive in the same state. It will work, but I can't guarantee it will stay that way.

That won't do anything to help the problem. If anything, it will make it worse.

ok thanks im not that bothered about as it's only for games and planning on going full ssd anyway but when it dies while im using the pc would you think it would mess up something or no

I doubt it will mess anything up (assuming you're not booting from it). Note that once a block goes back, whatever file(s) that were there will be corrupted, so my advice is to not trust any files on the drive.

Running chkdsk /f /r [drive letter] will at least let Windows know where to not to put things to avoid the bad spots.

kk im gonna transfer some stuff i might want to another drive and ill do that chkdsk
