This started about 2 weeks ago - my desktop pc seemingly randomly, immediately shuts off and restarts with no warning or bluescreen. Until 2 weeks ago there were no issues at all.

I've noticed this occurs more frequently when I'm in a game (csgo or valorant mostly) or other intensive task, though it does also happen sometimes anyway. I've tried on ubuntu also, but probably not for long enough for the error to occur so it hasn't happened.

I've checked event viewer and it's showing the error below, though I couldn't find a definitive answer anywhere on what could be causing the issue.

My power supply, CPU, RAM and motherboard are only a few months old and I was confident all the cables were securely plugged in at the time. I've tried wiggling the CPU and 24 pin connector about and pushing it in further - to no avail.

Edit: Followed a different guide online, seems to be working for now. Will set to solved soon
