HyperXCloud 2 Headset keeps disconnecting

Here Is the thing, My HyperXCloud 2 (wired) Keeps disconnecting at random times, Then Ill have to unplug and re plug it in like 20 times to get it to work anywhere from 2-10 minutes and it does it again. Here is the kicker, My roommate tried playing with it for hours and it works fine on his pc. Here is the ultimate second kicker, He has the same headset and his headset works on my pc fine. Just to have this stated, I am not willing to trade headsets with him. Any Ideas?

Have you tried a different usd port? The only thing I could think of is maybe it's a combination of a slightly bad headset and a slightly bad USB port. Both work when by themselves but maybe together it causes and issue.

I wish, I have tried 6 different usb ports, Thanks though.

Its odd that It would work on my friends pc and not mine but I did manage to find a solution...Hopefully. I Forgot I had a spare headset (the same one) in the basement with one earphone not working, So i switched the cables and it seems to work now.
