Country: united stares

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:  Minecraft, fortnite  -- recording ( 60fps+)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
1080 p preferable.

He prefers better computer than looks. He doesn't care much about rgb or anything. Just wants the best computer he can buy/make.

Though idk where he can get this and if it can fit in his budget. but he wants a 3090 or at least be able to upgrade to a 3090 in the future. so need room for it.

5800x is about 140 USD cheaper, but I think it's worth the price difference considering the whole build. Also, since AM4 is end of life, might as well get one of the best CPU's on the platform.

yeah grab that 3070ti immediately

i doubt it can hang on sell for a long

 

intel 12th gen was better than amd at price/performance for gaming. i dont recomendation that ryzen 9 system
