possible cooler interference

Hello, i recently ordered a cooler master hyper 212 black edition which is 158 mm tall, however the specs for my case (aero cool shard) indicate that the maximum cooler size is 155 mm. On the other hand this chad managed to fit a submassive cooler (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIngBICjdb4&t=13s) so i am kinda confused. Do you guys think that aero cool states its only 155 so its nicer to the eye, or do they really mean it? Also if it doesn't fit is there some kind on side panel spacer i can use?
