Windows startup not starting

I recently put together my first pc and I tried to put a usb with windows on it into the system to boot of that and get windows setup but when I boot off of the usb with windows it goes to a blank blue screen and stays there for 30 seconds then the pc just turns off. I have tried a few things but nothing has worked so far. If you might know anything it would really be appreciated.

 

Motherboard is ASUS crosshairs VIII hero WiFi with a 5800x which I updated the bios to the latest version if more information is needed I am happy to give it.
