lights turn on, pc not

it’s been some time since i last built a pc but anyways 

 

3900x

6600xt

asus b550 a strix

32gb 3600 c18 gskill trident 

wd blue hdd

 

so when i turn on the pc cpu fan turns on, starts spinning and then it stops spinning but argb lights stay on

 

i can hear hdd working, spinning 

 

ummm 6600xt fans aint even spinning 

 

trident memory is glowing!

 

yea um yea… this is really strange and i have 0 signal, nothing shows up on screen 

 

someone please help me
