Sluggish Task Manager?

I've noticed my mouse freeze in place when I click on the 'Performance' tab. It happens for a second or 2, but then the cursor is fine. Is this happening to others? It only seems to happen in the 'Performance' tab. If I play music, the audio doesn't stutter or freeze. Only the cursor just stops in position and then I can move it fine after 1-2 seconds.

Just making sure. I was about to say... my specs shouldn't cause my mouse to freeze for 1-2 seconds just by clicking the 'Performance' tab. I'm running i9 9900k, 32gbs and the OS is installed on a SSD.
