Randomly getting download below 0

[Depstros]

So. I can play games stream stuff around home with all devices. But randomly mostly when only few devices are active my router starts lagging and gives me download below zero. I have 2g switch tried different one didn't helped.

Need more details: makes/models of all network hardware and how they're connected, type of internet connection and speeds you're paying ISP for.
