Hey guys!   ;)

 

I was just thinking of buying a laptop, and i wonderd if i could run eyefinity on it?

 

So do you have any thougts of how it would go if i bougt a hdmi splitter  1x3 ?

How well would it run?  :D

You cant ??

Eyefinity is for AMD cards, Surround is for Nvidia cards. You can't use Eyefinity on Nvidia, and you can't use Surround on AMD. They're both the same concept of running 3+ monitors to act like one very wide monitor in games, but have some slight differences.

Wow it took a total of two posts before someone nice came along and actually helped him out. This forum worries me sometimes...

 

Surround and Eyefinity are very, very similar in concept. I'm guessing all you really wanna know is that they let you run multiple monitors? They do.

Because you are asking about eyefinity and not just multiple monitors im going to assume you are asking because of gaming. If that is the case i dont think a laptop would be the best idea if you want to run 3 monitors at 1080p in for gaming. Also not really sure how you would split the image to 3 monitors unless you wanted the same image on all 3.
