128GB for Windows 8

512GB for Windows 8 Pro / Enterprise

unknown for Windows RT (probably 512GB as well, I don't see why they would put an artificial limit, there is no higher version. The limit on the Pro version is what Microsoft supports as they tested the OS fully, with such configuration (lucky tester :/))
