Taskbar problem

When I connect the laptop to the external monitor in extended mode, the taskbar on the laptop screen occurs as shown in the video (video is in the link below) while the external monitor does not. I tried switching to
other display modes and all do not encounter the above situation. Hope someone knows what's wrong with it

P/s: I'm using HP Probook 455 G8
