Hey i just bought a KIWI link cable for my oculus quest 2

i don't know why but i can only connect it to my USB 2 and when i plug it in my USB 3 it just does nothing

and i am pretty sure that i know the difference in them after 2 years of PC building 

I just can't find anything on YT either anywhere else so plzzzz help me

could you please post yoru speccs. if you have a rayzen cpu you might have a USB bug and you need to update your BIOS. 

 

in which USB 3 did you plug it in? front back? USB 3.0, 3.1? etc
