Please help i have a problem. I cant open bios

You are gonna have to update your display port drivers. Assuming you are using display port.

 

That should fix it

 I buy a new pc and after two weeks i want to open bios. I restart my pc and presing f2 or delete and my bios is not opening. When i press f2 my screen is locked black screen. I have Mainboard b550 tomahawk

You can get in through Windows. Click start button -> power -> press restart while holding in the shift button on the keyboard.

 

Then troubleshoot -> advanced -> UEFI settings.
