That looks like a blown trace to me. Might be repairable. Not for the faint of heart or the first timers I think though.

A long time ago i unplugged ram while pc was on (dumb me) and it was a spark and the slot do not work anymore, but now i see something interestingly, it looks like a blown up copper20211203_030901.thumb.jpg.c2226a27f6983e27c069ca73b4184995.jpg wire and im wondering if i can solder it or something, even if im risking to destroy motherboard, i will take the risk if i have changes to do it right and work again.

Yes, im sure that slot do not work, not ram, i have 4gb and 8gb, and when i change between them it show 4gb or 8gb depends on the order.
