AMD store queud

Hello,

 

I've been trying to enter the AMD Canada store queud for 3 Weeks now. First week, no problem, entered it at 10h AM and did not get lucky. But for two last week it seems the store does not open a queud. I was told that they were always opening at 10h00 on thursday every week( from where I am anyway). Did they change the Time or there juste not opened every week?
