Remote access goes wrong

Hi, I have an issue I can't figure out for days. 

Where I work we have a render farm, when me and my coworker try to access one of the PCs (all correct credentials) it accesses a different one on the network, unfortunately IP address isn't static. Please help and thanks in advance.

What do you use to connect ? the DNS Name ?

Well it sure sounds like a DNS issue to me.
