You either plug a fan into the CPU header, or you should be able to disable the monitoring of the header in your BIOS.

Did you plug the fans into the CPU_Fan header? Most motherboards will throw this error if there isn't a fan plugged into that header.

You can also, if you know everything is working correctly, go into BIOS and disable that warning.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.
