troubleshooting issues Pc turns off Kernal error occurring

Hi! 

i recently purchased a Ryzen 7 5800x CPU and a Noctua NH-D15 cooler for it.

im running it on an ASUS B550-F gaming motherboard 

corsair 850W psu gold rating. 

i play a game like valorant the system works fine 

but when i try to play a game of rainbow six siege it crashes. i checked the logs and the error i get is (70368744177664),(2) it says its a kernal issue. 

i was running a ryzen 5 3600 with a stock cpu cooler and it was working fine. 

anyone know why the pc restarts itself? 

any info can help
