Please help! First Gaming Build

Budget (including currency): Around $1500 USD (soft budget) $2000 USD (hard budget)

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Assassins Creed, Red Dead Redemption. I'm not a massively heavy gamer, but I don't want to be limited by my system when a new game I want to play comes out.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Hello! This is my first time building a computer and I just want to make sure that I haven't overlooked anything or made any glaring errors. I appreciate any help I can get! I already have a 4k monitor but I'll need a gaming mouse and keyboard. The refresh rate is 60hz. Currently I play on consoles and I don't have a desktop PC at all. I plan to buy in January but I am okay to start getting parts now if there's a good deal.

Thanks so much for anyone who helps out!

If you're planning on playing in 4k you might want something higher tier than the GTX 1650, it's usually a 1080 aiming for 4k or something newer like a 2070 or the RTX3000 series (or AMD's Vega 56, Vega 64, RX5600, RX5700, RX6600, RX6600XT etc.).

Good luck
