Hello,

i have a problem and don't know how to solve it! A few months ago, my PC started crashing randomly. And over time, it crashed more and more often (In the Attachment section you can see a screenshot of the Event Viewer).

Also, my pc is not overclocked and my RAM runs at 3200MHz.

The message in the Event Viewer is: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

What happens exactly?

When this error occurs the PC simply crashes without a error message. However, the pc does not shut down but stays on and I have to disconnect it from the power to restart it. When I restart the PC, it takes longer than usual until I can log in.

What I have already tried:

I tested my RAM for ~3h

I have connected the pc to different outlets

I have checked if the Pc is overheated

Pc parts:

Windows 10 Pro

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X

Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite AMD X570

32GB (2x 16384MB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 (I know that this RAM is not perfect for the CPU)

Noctua NH-D15S Tower Cooler

850 Watt be quiet! Straight Power 11 Modular 80+ Gold

Asus Dual-GTX1060-6G Gaming Nvidia GeForce

Samsung MZ-V7P512BW SSD 970 PRO 512 GB M.2 Interne NVMe SSD

Seagate 6TB HDD

I bought the parts in the middle of 2020.

If anyone has any ideas, I would love to hear them! Thx.
