Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for:Play new and upcoming games ,Streaming games/Recording games(1080p 60fps),Video editing,Programming.

Other details:I will be playing all games on 1080p 60 fps.And I have gathered a list of parts that I think is enough.All I need is validation if these parts are okay for their purpose.And also I will be using nvenc for recording and streaming.I will be adding more monitors in the future(1080p 60fps).And I wont be buying online.

It should work, though you're probably better off getting a different CPU/motherboard. The i5 11600k is selling for $230 on Amazon (last I checked) and even less at Micro Center, which is only ~$20 more than the 3600X should sell for, and performs a lot better.

Thanks,But doesn't AMD have other great features here.Like cpu temps and Ram speeds

If you're going to do video editing, streaming/recording and similar maybe a Ryzen 7 3700/3700X or a Ryzen 5 5600/5600X would be a better choice (if it fits your budget), as well as the motherboard if it can fit in your budget the Gigabyte B550M Aorus Pro is a great choice.
