Going to need more information. Server specs?

 

I assume both drives are connected via SATA? Are either being used as the boot drive?

 

If both drives are partitioned with ext4 or other supported file system you should be able to add the disk with the mount /dev/sdb2 /path/to/mountpoint command.

 

This is just an example command and isn't the exact one you need. Also you may have to add it as an entry to your fstab file so it remounts automatically at each system reboot.
