psu for my pc?

What would you do on it? The cpu is quite overkill for this graphics card, and you dont have a ssd, which will generally make the experience worse. I would guess a decent 500w psu would be enough for it, and if you decide to put in a better graphics card, you will be able to do it.

i dont do any gaming so wont be upgrading the gpu

 

all the components have already been purchased. i was using the corsair cv550 which i was told was quite a bummer for this cpu so i had to transfer it to another pc..

now on a look out for another psu 

 

which one should i go for?

isnt the make and model also important than just the wattage because i got a high end cpu ?

yes thats what i want to know. which psu should i go for
using the pc for music production.

I feel like the cv550 would be good, it is in the D tier, but if you already have it, I feel like it would be fine

its low end and not recommended for my costly cpu as of what ive been told

have already fit it into another pc
