newly bought 1650? ouch. And the future for an 3060.

not sure about the PSU, but it might be "fine"? (not about the wattage)

you have 5gb of ram? uuh. 16 GB would be nice, while its not fully needed, it's more on the recommended spec to have if you are going with newer hardware as well.

 

as for productivity, then if the prices was right for a ryzen build. but I guess intel would be cheaper overall.
