This question depends on the competition in your Country.

 

Example: That should be around 1500+ Euro here in Germany.

However, for 1399€ we can already get a Lenovo Legion 5 Pro that has a 130 Watt RTX 3060, which is much faster than this 3050 ti. In addition it has a massivly better Display.

 

1500 Dollar for "just" a 3050 ti is too much in my Opinion.

I decided not to go for it. This is fairly cheap for a 3050ti, but I don’t think 4gb of vram is enough.
