PC freezes and monitors flash.

Randomly my pc will just freeze no matter what I'm doing, then my screens will go black for a few seconds and then everything will come back on and work normally again until it happens again.

But here's the weird thing! This error NEVER happens whenever I have a game running, so in order to temporarily fix it I always have a game running in the background.

Windows 11 Pro (latest update)

AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Gigabyte A520 AORUS Elite

Gigabyte RTX 3060

32GB CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 3600MHz (2x16GB)

1TB WD Blue SN550 NVME M.2 SSD (Boot)

2TB Seagate ST2000DM001 (Secondary Drive)

Corsair TX-M 650W 80+ Gold

already done that and it didn't work, I also reinstalled windows.
