Quick summary, I don't have a clue on why my PC Occasionally stutters in audio and display. In my case it happens occasionally. when it does happen its a quick stutter that occurs for 5 seconds and then my pc runs back to normal perfectly.

I was told to get a Screen shot of statistic while running MSI Afterburner once it happens again so here it is. If it helps and someone has an Idea of what I can do whether I need more memory or anything please let me know. 

PC Specs are placed under the photos.

 

What's circled in yellow and pointed with arrow is the exact moment when the 3 second stutter occurs. then runs back to normal

My Specs are 

Ryzen 7 5800x

RTX 3060 ti Zotac

2x16 G.Skill 32GB

gigabyte pro wifi aurous x570 motherboard

AIO cooler Galihad 240

and 6 led fans

x2  M.2 1TB SSD

did you overclock it? if you did lower it a bit your probably running it to high
