No Boot, No Post

Motherboard tells me its a VGA and Boot problem from the leds, its a new build.

Had the same issue before told to RMA Mobo/CPU but that didn't help.

Any help is appreciated as i have been dealing with this for 3 weeks now, also visited a local repair to which i was told that it was a mobo/cpu issue and they couldn't help further as they didn't have the required hardware ATM and so i RMA'd those two parts but now with the replacements its the exact same issue and im just tearing my hair out. Please don't let me go bald.

Have you tried a BIOS update for the board? Asus' website says that the 5600X was supported since BIOS version 1004, which isn't the original version. Then again, if it's a new board it should already have the latest BIOS, but it'll be a sanity check regardless.

Yes tried that already but no help
