troublshoot Why are my fans making this screeching sound?

My fans have been making a quiet but annoying screeching sound for the past month or so. I don't know where in the P.C. its coming from but it gets really annoying when it is quiet in my room. When there is sound you can't really hear it so its not the end of the world if it can't be fixed. The video was too large so I just linked the file in my google drive for anyone who wants to listen too it. I'd appreciate any feedback and suggestions on how to fix it. thanks and have a good one Y'all.

The only fan noise I hear in the video is wind.

 

Are you hearing coil whine or something else?

 

If it's a fan, you can stop them (by hand) one at a time and see if it's one fan causing it?

It sounds like some coil whine. Its hard to capture on video

Coil wine is most likely your GPU or PSU, not a fan.

It doesn't sound like that though it sounds like it coming from area where my front 200mm fans are located

unplug them one at a time and see?
