Need help with a build please

hey guys , I’m kind of lost on what pc to build , I have a budget of 20,000 AED

(Currency of UAE , Dubai) which is roughly around 5400 USD.

 

i mainly want to play competitive games like valorant , cs go , overwatch all on the lowest settings or the most competitive settings.

I’d love to game at 240hz 1080p and have a comfortable fps averaging around 300-400 FPS so I benefit from the 240hz, without having to worry about my pc, however at the same time if I could save money would be great too. Basically don’t want to go overkill and don’t want to get a build that barely gives me stable 240 FPS.

Ok, I don't know much in terms of extremely high fps e-sports, but I have a comparison. In this video, Linus builds a pc that can get 200+ fps average in valorant with a GTX 1660 TI and an i7 3770 and 16 Gb of ram. 

 

However, I would think that maybe they reduced their graphics in order to do so. So, to get that sweet sweet 300+ fps, you are going to need: 

-A BEEFY CPU, like an Ryzen 5 5600X, an Ryzen 7 5800X or an i5 12600K.

-Fast RAM, I would say above 3600 MHz. 16 Gb is fine honestly.

-A "High Midrange" GPU, like an RX 6700 XT, an RX 6800, an RTX 3060 Ti or an RTX 3070 (Ti).

 

Your choice to get higher than this or not. You might want to have a look on a few combinations before making a decision.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/RtKj3Z you could upgrade to a 3090 but that would not rlly be necessary for those games and also is 1k more also u can change out the fans for whatever u want but i personally like those you can also get more storage but i just tried to make a list of what i think you NEED for that since u said u wanted to save money, even this is over the top for ur needs
