I found an ipad mini 5 64 gb with a half broken screen but the touch function works on the entire screen  for 50 bucks. I am thinking of getting it for using it as a laptop with an external display or as a note taking tablet .I am attaching photos and a video. What would you suggest that I do ?

iFixit appears to have replacement screens for $169. I would try to convince the seller for $30 and you could have an iPad for $200.

I found this one, it might not be an original one but an oem one. Would you suggest something like that?

I can't recommend anything but the original since I don't have experience in that area.
