stuck in wired mode

My wireless adapter is stuck in wired mod and i dont know how to fix it i have had lots if issues with this inbuilt wirless adapter i think its time to get a new one

Generally wireless adapters don't have Ethernet ports..

Why does your wireless adapter have an Ethernet port?

Is it a PCI card or a USB?

Is windows stuck in wired mode but you didn't word it right? Help me out here

Right click the wired symbol in the bottom right, open network and sharing centre, go to adapters or something in the left bar and right click wired and disable it.

Or just unplug the Ethernet cord..
