How to reduce render latency

Hy guys, im having this problem. Idk why I have so much render latency when playing, at least, gta V. I constantly feel like litle frame drop but my fps are ok, so thats why I think its because the render latency. Sometimes it gets to 30 ms and drops to 20. My cpu is a ryzen 5 3600 and my gpu is a 1650. Also I have 16gb of ram overclocked to 3200, they came at 3000. Also Im playing on an hdd, I should probably make a benchmark to the hardrive to see if it has any problem, I dont think so but just to see. Also where it says "latencia de renderizado" is the render latency
